In 2001 Rochelle auditioned to sing with S Club 7 on the Carnival Tour. The group S Club Juniors - later renamed S Club 8 - was created. They disbanded in late 2003 but went on together to shoot Children's programme, I Dream in Spain.
In 2005 Rochelle became part of Children's variety show, Smile. In February 2007 she appeared as a guest on BBC Two music quiz show Never Mind The Buzzcocks, and hosted BBC's Sunday Morning 'Smile' alongside Reggie Yates and Fearne Cotton from 2006 to 2007. She became part of a group called The TigerLilys who only went as far as a MySpaceMusic page. She also competed in Miss England.
In 2007 Rochelle auditioned to be part of The Saturdays. She got into the band alongside Frankie Sandford who was also in S Club 8. After releasing 2 singles and an album, the band appeared on Hollyoaks Later.They also released 2009's Comic Relief single 'I Just Can't Get Enough'. The band are still active and it has released its first album, Chasing Lights.
